Travel Yarns in Tucson - January 2017
My new lecture, Travel Yarns, debuted at the January program of the Tucson Handweavers and Spinners Guild, followed by two workshops, Fiber Trails and Ready Sett Go. What a fun week immersed in textiles with fellow fiber folk. Watching a series of Arizona sunsets was a great bonus, as was being hosted by designer/author/weaver/knitter Judith Shangold!
Here are examples from Fiber Trails, a surface design workshop that transformed photographs into fiber collages.
And here are three photos from Ready Sett, Go: Warp Design Made Simple. To learn more about this workshop, visit the Tucson Guild website HERE.
